The goal of this series is to create a photographic woman from parts of many women.
Why? To drive home the point that we are all so much more similar than we are different.
The technical challenge for installation is to create a collage of giant porportions that will fill a wall at least 9 ft high and as wide as necessary to maintain the correct height-width ratio.
Who can participate? Any woman. I shoot “parts” of all the women who have/will participate in any of my other photography essays. I do look to shoot all parts and will some day show them in a series as well. The elbows, the toes, the noses, the eyes, the ears – the knees, the belly buttons, the breasts, etc., etc., etc.
If you’d like to see other parts of this series please check the One Model Place portfolio.
If you’d like to participate you should send me an email – this is one essay where anonymity is assured.
